COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
2. The organiser of the competition is Citrus Financial Ltd, The Old Barn, 37 Vicarage Road, Stony Stratford, Bucks, MK11 1BN. All enquiries relating to this competition should be directed to Nick Blatcher or Gavin Potter at the above address or by e-mail via nick@citrusfinancialltd.co.uk.
3. The decision of Citrus Financial Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Citrus Financial reserve the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified.
5. By entering a Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
6. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Citrus Financial reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

8. Qualification for entry into the Prize Draw is any customer of Citrus Financial who completes on a mortgage or has an insurance policy activated during the competition period. Other customers may be entered at the discretion of Citrus Financial.

14. All insurances, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
15. Citrus Financial cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
16. The prize is non-transferable and cash alternatives are not available.
17. The winner will be notified by post of their prize and asked to supply within one calendar month their full name and that of their intended companion and proposed dates that they wish to travel to New York.
18. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate the winner’s choice of dates and flight details, all bookings will be made subject to availability. Citrus Financial reserves the right to allocate dates on behalf of the winner if a mutually agreeable date cannot be found within a reasonable timescale.
19. In the case of the winner wishing to upgrade their flight or accommodation or take additional persons on the holiday, all arrangements must be made directly with the flight or accommodation provider and are at the sole discretion of those providers. All additional costs are to be met by the prize winner.
20. Once booked the holiday prize is non-transferable and dates, details of travelling passengers cannot be amended.
21. We recommend that the Winner arranges Holiday Insurance as no refund or alternative booking can be offered in the event of illness or inability to travel for any reason.
22. We accept no liability for any losses relating to the holiday, howsoever caused, including curtailment of the holiday due to incident or illness or adverse weather conditions.
